Job Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with inventory management and ordering is a plus
Passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Train, mentor, and support baristas to enhance skills and maintain consistency
Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards and recipes
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and knowledgeable service
Maintain product knowledge to educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Monitor and maintain coffee equipment, troubleshooting issues and scheduling maintenance as needed
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including prep stations and customer areas
Manage inventory, order supplies, and track waste to control costs and maintain stock levels
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to meet regulatory standards
Assist in developing new drink recipes and seasonal offerings
Stay updated on industry trends, brewing techniques, and customer preferences
Collaborate with management to enhance the coffee program and customer experience
