Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a banquet attendant or server
- valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
- ability to lead and organize a team
- excellent communication skills
- capability to multitask and prioritize
- problem-solving skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds
- basic proficiency with computers
- valid driver’s license where applicable
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead banquet service operations during events
- coordinate and supervise banquet servers
- communicate effectively with event planners and culinary staff
- ensure compliance with food and beverage service standards
- monitor guest satisfaction throughout events
- manage setup and breakdown of banquet service areas
- handle any issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently
