We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Banquet Captain to join Snowpine Lodge’s dedicated team. This role is crucial in delivering flawless banquet events that meet the highest standards of service. The Banquet Captain will act as the key leader in coordinating and supervising banquet servers, ensuring that every event—from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions—is executed with precision. This role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Banquet Captain works closely with event planners and the culinary team to guarantee that every element of an event exceeds guest expectations.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience as a banquet attendant or server and possess a valid Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable. Leadership and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Physical stamina is also important, as the role involves standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license are additional requirements where applicable.
