Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a banquet attendant or server
  • valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • ability to lead and organize a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • capability to multitask and prioritize
  • problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds
  • basic proficiency with computers
  • valid driver’s license where applicable
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead banquet service operations during events
  • coordinate and supervise banquet servers
  • communicate effectively with event planners and culinary staff
  • ensure compliance with food and beverage service standards
  • monitor guest satisfaction throughout events
  • manage setup and breakdown of banquet service areas
  • handle any issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently
