Job Description

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is a prestigious luxury resort located in the heart of Napa Valley, California. Spanning over 700 acres of picturesque vineyards and farmland, this resort represents the evolution of a historic working ranch into a vibrant, upscale destination that embodies the spirit of casual yet sophisticated luxury. Nestled in the southern section of Napa Valley's celebrated wine-growing region and offering convenient access to both Napa and Sonoma, Stanly Ranch offers guests an immersive experience with stunning views of the Mayacamas Mountains, airy cottage guestrooms and suites with outdoor terraces and fire pits, and an exclusive collection of Vineyard Homes and furnished Villas for ownership.

The resort is home to Halehouse, an Auberge spa renowned for its targeted and intentional treatments designed to promote wellness and rejuvenation. Culinary options abound with three unique dining venues including Bear, a restaurant that pays tribute to local farmers and artisans. Guests also have access to a behind-the-scenes exploration of wine country accompanied by thrilling adventures and curated experiences. The resort blends a rich 100-year Napa Valley history with modern luxury, culture, and community, establishing itself as a one-of-a-kind destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and excitement.

The Lead Bartender role at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is a key leadership position within the resort's hospitality team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and passionate professional with extensive experience in craft beverages, guest service, and team mentorship. As a Lead Bartender, you will play a vital role in setting the bar for excellence in service and operational standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing the daily bar operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supporting inventory management, and leading the training and development of bartenders to uphold the resort’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.

This position demands advanced knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and craft cocktail preparation, enabling you to create memorable experiences for guests while contributing to the resort’s revenue growth through expert sales techniques and menu knowledge. Beyond the bar, you will engage in ongoing research and development of innovative seasonal cocktails and stay connected with local producers to ensure the resort’s offerings remain fresh and appealing. Your leadership will extend beyond service, fostering a positive work environment and cultivating talent within your team.

Stanly Ranch is not only committed to guest satisfaction but also values the growth and development of its team members, offering a collaborative and inclusive workplace. The starting pay for this Lead Bartender position is $34.00 per hour, with compensation decisions reflecting experience and educational background. This opportunity to join the Auberge family means becoming part of a renowned portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs that are dedicated to delivering an unmatched luxury experience while ensuring a deep connection with the local culture and environment.
