Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years baking experience
- previous leadership or shift lead experience preferred
- strong knowledge of food safety and recipes
- ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask
- passion for brand mission and culture

- Minimum 3 years of baking experience preferably in high-volume settings
- previous team leadership or shift lead experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead daily baking operations including breads, pastries, and donuts
- follow established production methods and maintain organized workflow
- prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components
- manage daily production plans and workflows to meet cafe demand
- assign daily tasks to team members based on skill level and production priorities
- coach the bake team on prep, timing, quality, and efficiency
- adapt production schedules and product quantities based on sales trends and staffing levels
