Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a bakery or food production setting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a baker or lead baker
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake high-quality cakes, pastries, and bakery products
  • Ensure all bakery items meet company quality standards
  • Oversee the bakery production process in a high-volume setting
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment and work areas
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
  • Train and mentor junior baking staff
  • Follow safety and food handling regulations
