The role described is primarily focused on providing outstanding guest service within Caesars’ food and beverage operations. This position involves direct interaction with guests and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner, taking food and beverage orders, processing payments via various methods, delivering orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The employee will be responsible for monitoring and replenishing food stations, ensuring food safety by following proper storage and temperature guidelines, and keeping all equipment in working order. Partners with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination during shifts, contributing to an efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Safety and sanitation are paramount in this role, with expectations to strictly adhere to state and company sanitation standards, including ServSafe requirements. The job demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for entire shifts, lift moderate weights, tolerate high temperatures, and work in environments with noise, bright lights, and secondhand smoke.
