Job Description

Igloo Products Corp. is an iconic, fast-growing American brand renowned for its exceptional and durable coolers designed to meet everyday needs. With more than 75 years of legacy, Igloo has established itself as a leader in the housewares industry and has evolved into a high-growth lifestyle brand. The company is dedicated to inspiring outdoor experiences centered around fun, family, and friends, making it a beloved name across the United States. Starting as a metalworking shop that brought fresh cold water to Texas workers, Igloo innovated by inventing the Playmate and subsequently became America's most recognizable brand of ice chests. Today, Igloo boasts over 90% brand awareness and holds the number one market share in the US cooler market. The company also pioneers sustainability by producing biodegradable coolers and those made from post-consumer recycled resin and other sustainable materials. Furthermore, Igloo has a growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, allowing the company to build direct and strong relationships with its consumers. In 2021, Igloo joined forces with Dometic Brands, opening new opportunities to grow both brands globally together. The company is engaged on a continuous growth journey, fostering a dynamic, fast-paced global environment, and offering excellent career development opportunities.
