Job Requirements

bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or related field preferred
5-7 years of experience as SAP Application Analyst
demonstrated experience with SAP FI module and Record to Report process management
experience in S/4 HANA FI R2R implementations preferred
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation
capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Job Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as an SAP Application Analyst
experience with S/4 HANA project implementations preferred
strong knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices
expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex application issues
ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
excellent communication and leadership skills
understanding of financial accounting and SAP FI module functionalities

Job Duties

Lead end-to-end Record to Report processes including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and reporting
have detailed knowledge of key data structures driving financial transactional accuracy
demonstrate strong understanding of system configuration, data migration, and data quality activities within SAP FI R2R
collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration documents
work with cross-functional teams to implement SAP FI R2R solutions ensuring integration with other modules and systems
perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for successful SAP S/4 HANA FI R2R implementation
lead effective meetings to drive timely decisions for project delivery
ensure project tasks are tracked with quality to reduce rework risk
support training and end-user adoption of SAP FI R2R processes
