Job Description

CSC ServiceWorks is the leading provider of commercial laundry and air-vending solutions across the United States and Canada, boasting nearly a century of industry experience and more than one million machines in operation. Serving over 40 million consumers annually, CSC's reach spans diverse sectors including multi-housing, universities, convenience stores, and hospitality. With a strong team of over 2,300 professionals, the company is committed to delivering reliable equipment, innovative technology, and responsive service. CSC ServiceWorks prides itself on values of trust, respect, and integrity, ensuring a community-focused approach to purpose-driven innovation that benefits clients, communities, and employees alike.

The role of Lead Appliance Install Driver at CSC is an active, hands-on position where you will play a critical part in the delivery and installation of residential and commercial laundry equipment, commercial air equipment, and ancillary technology products such as card readers and digital enhancements. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday and involves driving a company box truck to deliver, pick up, repair, or replace washers, dryers, and air machines along an assigned route. You will be responsible for preparing equipment for delivery, including assembling required parts before loading.

As a Lead Appliance Install Driver, you will not only install the equipment efficiently but also guide others through complex installation processes. Your role includes teaching customers how to operate their new appliances safely and effectively, ensuring excellent customer service at every interaction. Physical stamina and dexterity are essential as you will be regularly loading and unloading heavy appliances, utilizing support tools such as a 2-wheeled hand cart to maintain safety and ease.

Inventory management is a key responsibility, requiring you to proactively manage parts replenishment and audit preparation activities performed by other installers. The leadership aspect of this role involves mentoring and coaching installation teams to resolve delivery and installation challenges, ensuring high standards of work are consistently met. CSC ServiceWorks supports a balanced work life with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with a 75% employer contribution, paid time off, employee discounts, and retirement savings plans.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic physical environments, possess technical aptitude for appliance installation, and have strong communication skills. A valid driver's license, the ability to pass pre-employment screening, and meeting age requirements are mandatory to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. If you are committed to excellence in service delivery and leadership in installation technology, joining CSC ServiceWorks as a Lead Appliance Install Driver presents an excellent opportunity for career growth and stability within an industry-leading company.
