- Ability to work in person at the Nashville, TN location
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent physical condition for manual tasks

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in aircraft detailing or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance standards

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the aircraft detailing team
- Ensure all aircraft exterior and interior surfaces are detailed to the highest standards
- Train and mentor junior detailing staff
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain records of detailing procedures
- Manage the use of detailing products and equipment effectively
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to prepare aircraft for flights
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
