Job Requirements
- Minimum 20 years old
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
- Must be serve safe certified
- Must be trained in all department manager areas (3)
- Must have completed the developing the leader in me class
- Strong leadership skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be permitted to work in the US
- Have availability in the mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
- Prior experience in a management role is preferred

Job Duties
- Manage a team of employees which includes scheduling shifts, delegating duties, store is properly staffed, and ensure training is up to date
- Ensure customers are satisfied with service and quality, which includes addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that food preparations and services meet McDonald’s quality standards and adheres to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
- Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers
- Responsible for the development of employees, which includes providing feedback on their performance, and coaching them to improve their skills
- Manage money counts, register activity, bank deposits, etc.
