Job Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years old
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
  • Must be serve safe certified
  • Must be trained in all department manager areas (3)
  • Must have completed the developing the leader in me class
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be permitted to work in the US
  • Have availability in the mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Prior experience in a management role is preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of employees which includes scheduling shifts, delegating duties, store is properly staffed, and ensure training is up to date
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with service and quality, which includes addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that food preparations and services meet McDonald’s quality standards and adheres to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
  • Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers
  • Responsible for the development of employees, which includes providing feedback on their performance, and coaching them to improve their skills
  • Manage money counts, register activity, bank deposits, etc.
