  • Operate mechanical spreaders aerators and other machines

  • Communicate and collaborate with team members for training and workflow optimization
  • Maintain application equipment to ensure proper function and a professional appearance
  • Participate in winter work as part of our Snow and Ice Management team with roles based on experience and skill set
  • Collaborate with landscape maintenance and installation teams as needed throughout the growing season
