Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a law firm environment providing office services or administrative support
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
- Preferred shift 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens ensuring cleanliness and supply stocking
- Manage mail services including metering, sorting, and distribution of mail and accountable packages
- Produce copy, print, and scan projects accurately according to instructions
- Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately while greeting visitors professionally
- Maintain copy rooms, stock general supplies, deliver paper, and perform basic daily maintenance
- Assist with facilities services including hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning coordination, and communicating building or equipment issues
