Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Possess good public speaking skills
- Hold Texas Alcohol Beverage Certificate (TABC) and Food Handler certification
- Ability to gather and evaluate data for problem solving
- Capacity to perform under pressure
- Obtain food handling permits or certifications as required
- Capable of performing essential physical functions including standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking and hearing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Maintain consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Texas Alcohol Beverage Certificate (TABC) and Food Handler required
- Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems
- Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence
- Take action beyond what is necessarily called for
- Perform under pressure and/or opposition
- Must be able to obtain applicable food handling permits or certifications as required by law
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso, coffee drinks, and coffee with alcohol
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description upon request
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Operate POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Operating, preparing and cleaning of all equipment
- Obtain knowledge of and promote Regal Unlimited
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Regular and consistent attendance
