The Laundry Manager role at Holiday Inn Squire Resort in Tusayan, Arizona, presents an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume commercial laundry facility servicing two large lodging properties totaling 670 rooms. This role is fundamental to ensuring the timely, efficient, and safe processing of linens and terry, which are critical to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The manager will oversee a significant volume of laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and delivery, while coordinating resources and schedules to maintain a seamless workflow.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing high-volume commercial laundry operations preferably in a hospitality environment
- a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- strong team leadership time management and organizational skills
- knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and operational issues
- proficient in inventory control and scheduling software
- must be willing to work a flexible scheduling including days evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- frequent standing walking climbing of stairs bending stooping reaching kneeling and carrying
- frequently required to lift and or move up to 50 pounds
