The Laundry Manager role at Holiday Inn Squire Resort is an exciting management position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume commercial laundry facility serving two large lodging properties with a combined total of 670 rooms. This dynamic role requires a hands-on manager who can supervise and lead laundry staff, ensure efficient processing of linens and terry, and maintain the safety and quality standards of the laundry services. The manager will oversee processes including washing, drying, folding, and delivery, while also managing equipment maintenance, inventory control, and scheduling. A significant focus is placed on achieving operational excellence and delivering superior guest satisfaction through quality assurance and compliance with health and safety regulations such as OSHA and Delaware North’s GreenPath environmental standards.

The opportunity also offers relocation assistance and manager housing at a reduced rental rate to support a smooth transition for the selected candidate. The anticipated annual base salary ranges from $46,100 to $62,200, with additional financial incentives available through an annual bonus plan connected to company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan based on the role.
