Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience managing high-volume commercial laundry operations preferably in a hospitality environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong team leadership skills
- Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and operational processes
- Proficient in inventory control and scheduling software
- Willingness to work flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience managing high-volume commercial laundry operations preferably in a hospitality environment

- Strong team leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes with ability to troubleshoot equipment and operational issues
- Proficient in inventory control and scheduling software
- Willingness to work flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee commercial laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and delivery
- Manage and train laundry staff ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance with on-site facilities staff and third-party vendors
- Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies
- Implement quality assurance processes to meet client expectations
- Schedule and maintain accurate records of employee hours and timely processing of weekly payroll
- Collaborate on creating and managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing workflow
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and Delaware North GreenPath environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and resolve service issues promptly
