Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand for entire shift
- willingness to work long hours when required
- ability to work weekends or holidays occasionally
- travel availability as needed for hotel familiarization and content creation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- ability to operate washing machines and dryers
- familiarity with cleaning equipment maintenance
- adherence to company safety and security procedures
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- self-starter with good organizational skills
- multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- self-starting personality with even disposition
- ability to meet appearance standards
- effective communication skills with guests
- working knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- service oriented with excellent customer service and sales skills
- energetic and outgoing
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to follow directions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

- ability to understand and work with basic financial information

Job Duties
- Remove and sort dirty linens and towels from laundry carts
- wash and dry all dirty linens, towels, rags, as directed by management
- stand during entire shift
- understand operation of washing machines and dryers
- clean dryer filter daily and maintain all equipment
- keep laundry carts clean and free of debris
- maintain clean work area
- perform duties of room attendant when needed
- respond in a friendly, helpful, courteous manner to guests, managers and associates
- work well in high-pressure situations maintaining composure
- report guest issues and complaints to management
- perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
