Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic knowledge of laundry machinery operations
- Effective communication skills
- Being punctual and reliable
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties
- Handle all stages of linen processing including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens
- Keep laundry machines and work areas clean and in good working order
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of linens and laundry supplies
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Assist in the upkeep of laundry equipment and areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs
