This opportunity is for a Laundry Attendant position aimed at ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of linens in accordance with our brand and hotel guest service standards, alongside sustainability protocols. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a vital role in the housekeeping department by managing laundry operations, which includes sorting, pre-treating, washing, drying, folding, storing, and distributing linens and towels. This position operates within a team that works collaboratively to sustain a clean and pleasant environment, contributing directly to guest satisfaction. The role acknowledges the importance of safety, proper handling of equipment, and the efficient use of resources, promoting sustainability and operational excellence.

Your daily responsibilities will include operating laundry equipment, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and assisting with other housekeeping duties during staffing shortages. You will be expected to practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and contribute to improving guest satisfaction scores by ensuring the quality of laundry services meets or exceeds brand expectations. The position offers an hourly compensation rate of $17.00 to $18.00, with opportunities for growth within the housekeeping career path, including advancement to Room Attendant, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Executive Housekeeper roles.

Candidates are encouraged to bring prior housekeeping experience, although it is desirable rather than mandatory, with a focus on a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The role requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads, and utilizing cleaning chemicals safely.
