Job Requirements

No high school diploma or GED required
No prior experience in housekeeping or laundry needed
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
Able to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
Must complete safety training and certifications
Professional appearance and adherence to uniform policies
Ability to report safety hazards and maintenance issues
Must be punctual and reliable
Must respect confidentiality and company property

Job Duties

Operate and control laundry machinery including washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines
Add chemicals and clean lint filters in machines
Identify stained or damaged items and determine treatment or disposal
Inspect cleaned articles and sort them onto clean laundry carts
Program dryers according to fabric type and load
Remove lint and debris from filters after each load
Fold cleaned items manually or using folding machines
Maintain accurate records of laundered and pressed articles
Follow all company safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Support team members and contribute to common goals
Move and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
Perform tasks requested by supervisors as reasonable
