Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Willingness to undergo full criminal background check and drug test
- Proof of flu vaccination upon hire
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of proper cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in varied settings, with a variety of people, temperatures, and climates
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment
- Perform sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Monitor and report safety hazards, inoperable equipment, and resident condition changes
- Maintain a positive person-centered customer service approach
- Other duties as assigned
