The Laundry Aide / Housekeeper position at Paradise Valley Estates is a full-time role, scheduled from Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Leadership Team, this role contributes directly to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents and staff alike. The primary goal of the Housekeeper is to uphold sanitation and comfort throughout the community by performing various cleaning tasks including sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Maintaining cleaning equipment and materials in proper condition is also essential for ensuring both safety and efficiency.

In addition to cleaning duties, the Laundry Aide / Housekeeper will monitor environmental safety hazards and report any inoperable equipment or changes in resident conditions, demonstrating a proactive approach to community well-being. This role requires a person-centered service attitude, emphasizing respectful and positive interactions with residents and fellow team members. Candidates for this position should possess strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work comfortably in diverse settings and conditions.
