The Culinary Supervisor role at Wild Dunes Resort is a pivotal position within the culinary team, responsible for overseeing the production and execution of high-quality food offerings. This supervisory role includes managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous Chef, ensuring that culinary standards and food safety regulations are consistently met. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, pushing, pulling and repetitive movements
  • Ability to follow food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to uphold company values of respect, integrity, humility, empathy, creativity and fun

Job Duties

  • Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Assist in the preparation and daily production of restaurants, room service and outlet menus

  • Under the direction of the chef, monitor and maintain ingredients, supplies and equipment
