We are currently seeking a Part-Time Team Leader for one of our busy locations, offering 20 to 30 hours per week with shifts running from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM on weekdays and weeknights. In this role, you will deliver great customer service by actively engaging with guests and providing a positive dining experience. You will lead and motivate crew members while working closely with upper management to improve key metrics such as customer satisfaction and financial performance. Training and evaluating employees will be a core responsibility to ensure the team meets the highest standards of service and efficiency. You will also handle cashiering duties, including reconciling and depositing daily cash flow to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Beyond customer service and team leadership, you will be actively involved in daily kitchen operations, including maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation schedules. Compliance with all health and food safety standards mandated by company policies and the Health Department is essential. Additionally, you will monitor equipment functionality and coordinate with upper management for repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
This role demands a high degree of reliability, honesty, and commitment, as well as the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. The position also includes participating in company-provided training programs to enhance your skills and professional growth. Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliability, honesty, integrity, and commitment
- Able to work varying shifts per week including opening and closing shifts
- Be available to work on weekends and holidays
- Accurate money handling skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Employer conducts background check and drug screen as appropriate
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or related fields
- At least one year of food experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to up-sell menu items

- Ability to work opening and closing shifts where necessary
Job Duties
- Deliver great customer service
- Manage crew members and provide great leadership to Wienerschnitzel team
- Work closely with upper management to improve customer experience, key metrics, and financial performance
- Train and evaluate employees
- Handle cashiering, reconciling, and depositing daily cash flow duties
- Actively manage and participate in daily kitchen duties, cleaning and sanitation schedule
- Adhere to all health requirements and food safety standards required by company policies, procedures, and the Health Department
- Ensure all equipment is operating effectively and work with upper management to address repairs and maintenance
