Unlike working directly for Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates, those employed by this franchisee will be working under an independently owned business. The role available is a frontline team member position typically involving customer interaction and food service duties within the Taco Bell franchise restaurant.
The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service with a "Here to Serve" attitude, ensuring that every guest experience is positive and friendly. Key responsibilities in this position include working in the restaurant's drive-thru area, efficiently taking and accurately ringing up customer orders and handling multiple payment methods including cash, card, and possibly digital payments. In addition to order handling, you will also be responsible for preparing food ingredients, assembling beverage orders, verifying that prepared items are accurate according to each order, packaging products to-go, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout your work and the customer dining environment.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or fast food helpful but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle cash and operate a register
