This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, one of the most recognized fast-food brands worldwide known for its flavorful and innovative Mexican-inspired menu. Unlike jobs offered directly by Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates, this position is with an independent business owner who operates a specific Taco Bell restaurant. Franchisees have the autonomy to set their own wage and benefits programs, which means compensation and benefits may vary from other Taco Bell locations under different ownership. As a team member at this independently owned Taco Bell franchise, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable customer experience through friendly interactions and efficient service. Key duties involve engaging with customers primarily through the restaurant’s drive-thru service where you will take and accurately ring up orders, as well as manage multiple payment methods including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
