Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing work areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling following health and safety regulations
- Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when stocks are low
- Support team to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
