The current opening is for a Restaurant Server at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. This role is vital to the restaurant team as servers serve as the face of the dining experience. A restaurant server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through preparing the restaurant for service, greeting guests warmly, guiding guests through their culinary journey using descriptive selling techniques, accurately taking and confirming orders, and managing the dining experience to conclusion with timely and correct bill presentation.
