As a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will serve as a world-class ambassador of the brand. This role requires engaging directly with guests providing food and beverage service, ensuring they enjoy the signature dishes and drinks offered on the menu. Lane Servers play a crucial part in enhancing guest experiences by working collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment typically found in entertainment centers. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine commitment to delivering superior guest service, and the ability to multitask effectively. Lane Servers are responsible for taking orders, delivering and closing out food and beverage requests, answering guest inquiries, and occasionally recommending promotions and upselling the center's unique experiences to ensure guests have a memorable visit. This role also entails maintaining cleanliness and organization within assigned areas and supporting the broader team to uphold excellent operational standards.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in social and dynamic settings, have experience in the hospitality or food service industry, and enjoy working on nights and weekends. Lucky Strike Entertainment requires individuals in this role to be at least 18 years old in compliance with legal service of alcohol. The pay rate for Lane Servers is $16.90 per hour, complemented by performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage.
