With an impressive portfolio of over 360 venues dispersed across North America, the company is renowned for its diverse and immersive experiential offerings. These include state-of-the-art bowling alleys, amusement areas, water parks, and family entertainment centers designed to provide unforgettable moments to guests of all ages. Beyond just entertainment venues, Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, which represents the pinnacle of competitive bowling. This major league not only promotes the sport at the highest level but also functions as a burgeoning media brand with a worldwide fanbase numbering in the millions. This unique blend of entertainment facilities and professional sports ownership positions Lucky Strike Entertainment as a distinctive player in the recreation and leisure sector.

The Lane Server position at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to work in an energetic, guest-focused environment. Serving as a Lane Server means becoming a world-class ambassador for the brand, embodying its commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Lane Servers engage directly with guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering these orders promptly and accurately, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits. This role requires individuals to be dynamic, team-oriented, and highly personable, as they contribute directly to the positive atmosphere and smooth operation of the entertainment center.

Embracing this role means becoming an essential part of a vibrant and fast-paced entertainment setting, where daily responsibilities include managing food and beverage orders, understanding and communicating menu offerings and promotions, checking in regularly with guests, and addressing any questions or concerns. Lane Servers also assist in maintaining cleanliness within the center, preparing their assigned workstations, and actively promoting the center’s offerings to enhance the guest experience. This role is part-time and primarily involves evening and night shifts, with weekend availability, providing flexibility and the potential to blend work with other personal commitments.

Applicants for this role must be at least 18 years old, aligning with state laws regarding alcohol service, and possess at least two years of related experience. A high school diploma is considered optional but beneficial. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to guest service are crucial to thrive as a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment. The work environment is typical of entertainment venues, involving standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting, emphasizing the need for a physically active and friendly candidate.

Lucky Strike Entertainment not only fosters a lively and inclusive work culture but also offers a competitive total rewards package. Employees benefit from performance-based incentives, healthcare coverage, and a variety of additional perks designed to enhance their overall job satisfaction and well-being. Popular employee benefits include free bowling, discounted arcade play, significant discounts on food and beverages, and savings on event participation. These incentives underscore the company’s dedication to rewarding its staff and cultivating a positive workplace experience.
