Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages to guests
- Close out orders and process payments
- Learn menu items and promotions and communicate them to guests
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
- Help keep the center clean and organized
- Set up, stock, and organize assigned work areas
- Recommend and upsell center experiences
