The Lane Server position at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an excellent entry point for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service within a bustling entertainment setting. Day-to-day responsibilities involve taking and delivering food and beverage orders, presenting menu items, promotions, and specials to guests, and maintaining clean and organized workspaces. Lane Servers are also expected to routinely check in with guests, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and recommend additional services or upgrades to enhance their visit. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to superior guest service are crucial to success in this role.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 18 years old to comply with state alcohol service laws and demonstrate a willingness to work evening and night shifts, including weekends. Job Duties

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
  • learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
  • check back with guests routinely
  • assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • help keep the center clean
  • set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
  • recommend/upsell the center experience
