As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining clear communication with guests about menu options, promotions, and specials, and routinely checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction. You will assist guests with their inquiries and requests, promptly resolve any issues, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace. The role also involves stocking and setting up your assigned area, as well as recommending additional experiences or upselling to enhance the guest’s visit.

To qualify for this role, applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age requirements by state law to serve alcohol. While a high school diploma is optional, a minimum of two years of related experience and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
