As a Lane Server, you will be a world-class ambassador of the entertainment center, directly engaging with guests to ensure they have a fantastic experience. Your responsibilities will include taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders while learning and promoting the company’s menu, special offers, and unique promotions to guests. This position emphasizes a team-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills as you check in routinely with guests, assist with questions or special requests, and help resolve any issues that may arise.

This role is ideal for enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Lane Servers help maintain a clean, organized workspace and play an important role in upselling and recommending additional experiences to enhance guests’ visits. Employees in this position are expected to meet the minimum age requirement by state law to serve alcohol, reflecting a commitment to responsible service.
