The Lane Server position at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a dynamic role within a lively and fast-paced entertainment center. Lane Servers serve as world-class ambassadors who interact directly with guests, providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality food and beverages from the signature menu. This position requires team-oriented individuals who are enthusiastic about creating memorable guest experiences and can excel in a social and energetic environment. The role involves taking food and beverage orders, assisting guests with inquiries and issue resolution, and promoting the overall center experience through recommendations and upselling.
This is an hourly position with a pay rate starting at $16.90 per hour, accompanied by performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage and various other benefits. Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet the minimum state legal age to serve alcohol. The work requires standing, walking, bending for extended periods, and occasional lifting with assistance. Job Duties
- Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
- Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests
- Check back with guests routinely
- Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
- Help keep the center clean
- Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area
- Recommend and upsell the center experience
