Lane Servers are the frontline ambassadors interacting with guests throughout their visit, ensuring they enjoy every aspect of their experience. This role goes beyond typical food and beverage service by encompassing a comprehensive guest engagement, promoting the center’s signature menus, specials, and events, and ensuring that every visitor feels valued and welcomed.

As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently, managing guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, and providing assistance or resolving issues promptly. The position demands a strong team orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills to foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat patronage. The work environment includes typical entertainment center settings where guests are engaged through multiple activities including bowling and arcade games, making the role vibrant and socially interactive.

Job Duties

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
  • learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests
  • check back with guests routinely
  • assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • help keep the center clean
  • set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
  • recommend and upsell the center experience
