The role of Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a unique opportunity to become a vital part of a dynamic and guest-focused environment. Lane Servers are considered world-class ambassadors of the entertainment centers. They play an essential role in engaging with guests, delivering exceptional food and beverage service, and creating memorable experiences that encourage guests to return again and again. This part-time position requires candidates to work primarily evening and night shifts, including weekend availability, ensuring that the entertainment center provides consistent, high-quality service during peak times. Lane Servers are responsible for taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and any issue resolution that may arise. The position also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area, setting up and stocking supplies, and actively promoting menu items and overall center experience through recommendations and upselling. The job demands a high level of guest service commitment and a team-oriented approach, suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age due to legal requirements related to serving alcohol and should ideally have two years of related experience, although a high school diploma is optional. Job Duties

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
  • Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests
  • Check back with guests routinely
  • Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Help keep the center clean
  • Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area
  • Recommend and upsell the center experience
