The position of Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an integral role that brings guests the signature taste and experience of the company. As a Lane Server, you become a world-class ambassador for the entertainment center, charged with delivering outstanding service and engaging guests throughout their visit. This role is perfect for those who are team-oriented, personable, and committed to creating memorable guest interactions that encourage repeat visits. Essential duties include taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders, learning and sharing knowledge about menu items, promotions, and specials, and routinely checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Lane Servers also assist with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution while helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of their assigned work area. They are also expected to recommend and upsell to enhance the overall center experience.

This part-time position requires night and weekend availability, accommodating the evening and night shifts that align with the busiest entertainment hours. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet the minimum legal age for serving alcohol by state law. With a physical work environment typical of entertainment settings, the role involves walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting objects with assistance.
