Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Two years of related experience
- Ability to meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Availability to work evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Job Duties
- Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
- Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests
- Check back with guests routinely
- Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
- Help keep the center clean
- Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area
- Recommend and upsell the center experience
