The company fosters a dynamic and inclusive work environment designed to support employees at all levels, offering numerous opportunities for career growth and development.

Walmart is currently hiring Landscape Technicians and Crew Driver Technicians, integral roles within its facility maintenance and landscaping team. These positions provide a unique opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and visual appeal of Walmart’s locations by ensuring outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and facilities, remain attractive, clean, and well-maintained. The employment type for these roles is full-time, with competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This job is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, appreciate physical labor, and take pride in maintaining quality landscapes and environments.

This role also involves planning work assignments, overseeing third-party providers, and ensuring all activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. Technicians work collaboratively with different stakeholders to support Walmart’s operational goals, continuously aiming for quality improvements and cost control while maintaining a safe and environmentally sustainable facility.

On the other hand, the Landscape Crew Driver Technicians not only perform the landscaping duties but also operate combination motor vehicles weighing between 10,001 and 26,000 pounds. Candidates in this category must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and be capable of passing a motor vehicle record (MVR) review and a driver’s road test for the specific truck and trailer they will operate. This position requires a higher responsible driving competency and adherence to stringent safety standards.

Candidates who join Walmart’s landscaping team will find themselves in a supportive environment where outdoor work and physical activities are valued and essential to the company's commitment to quality facility management. The roles require adaptability to work in various weather conditions, emphasizing resilience and dedication to facility upkeep. These positions also encourage continuous learning and skill development, with Walmart offering training and support to ensure employees meet regulatory and company standards. Employees will benefit from Walmart’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and other essential perks. The work location for these roles is in person, meaning candidates must be willing and able to perform duties on-site at Walmart facilities.
