Job Requirements

  • Valid NC/SC pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain
  • 2+ years of turf/ornamental experience
  • Valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Valid NC/SC pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain
  • 2+ years of turf and ornamental experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong background in plant identification and weed/pest recognition
  • Deep understanding of MSDS/SDS sheets and chemical safety protocols
  • Ability to handle outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Dependable and detail-oriented with a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Precise mixing and application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to ensure properties stay vibrant and pest-resistant
  • Act as a turf care technician by monitoring plant health and identifying issues before they become problems
  • Safely operate and maintain advanced manual and electrical spray equipment and calibration tools
  • Implement integrated pest management (IPM) principles to maintain world-class site standards
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure chemical inventory is tracked, stored safely, and ready for the job
