Job Requirements
- ability to operate gas mower safely and mow in straight line without gaps
- ability to operate line trimmer safely and trim grass evenly
- ability to operate back pack blower safely using variable speeds
- ability to rake debris and leaves into piles and load onto tarp or garbage bin continually for 10 minutes without stoppage
- ability to operate hula hoe with enough pressure to cut roots of weeds continually for 10 minutes without stoppage
- ability to pick up litter thoroughly using litter grabber
- reliable attendance
- dependability and responsibility to fulfill obligations and maintain work schedule
- multitasking coordination and arm-hand steadiness
- ability to pass DSHS background check
- physical stamina required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to hear instructions and follow directions
- ability to understand and follow safety policies
Job Qualifications
- some experience in landscaping industry preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- perform various landscaping maintenance duties on customer contracts such as mowing, weeding, edging, raking, and clearing debris
- demonstrate proper use of landscaping equipment, materials, and supplies
- coordinate workflow with guidance from the crew supervisor to ensure completion of contract requirements and deadlines
- observe all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- ensure completed work meets specified quality standards
- report material, tool, and equipment repair needs as well as any malfunctions and shortages to the crew supervisor
- model appropriate standards of conduct and act ethically
