Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in landscaping installation is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping field

- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
Job Duties
- Install commercial and residential landscapes including flowers, plants, and trees
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Maintain attention to detail and take ownership of landscaping tasks
- Perform physical labor such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors year-round
- Adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record if operating vehicles
- Assist in the growth and development of landscaping projects
