Job Requirements
- Must have relevant client-facing or sales experience
- Must be adaptable and flexible to various retail environments
- Must have availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must possess physical stamina for extended periods on the sales floor
- Must be committed to mutually agreed schedules
Job Qualifications
- All sales/client facing experience considered
- Cosmetic/fragrance sales experience not necessary
- Possess a drive for results
- Adaptable and flexible to working different retailers including traditional Department Stores and Open Sell Beauty Stores
- Able to work weekends and some holidays
- Physical stamina to work on the sales floor for extended periods
Job Duties
- Connect with clients and determine their needs
- Create a luxury experience including product demonstration
- Provide new and existing Lancome customers with exceptional service
- Complete digital learning modules when applicable
- Display exceptional customer service
- Commitment to work mutually agreed upon schedule
- Work with sales team executing promotions and recap to Sales and Training Executive
