The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19 to $22, depending on location and experience. The final pay rate and offer of employment are determined by the retailer acting as the employer. Employees can expect to perform skin care services as necessary, after receiving proper training and following all protocols for customer safety and satisfaction. Physical responsibilities include working on the sales floor for extended periods, comfortable stair or ladder use, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly.
