The role available at V2Soft is uniquely tied to the premium and luxury automotive sector, specifically managing the Lamborghini Lounge NYC, an exclusive, by-invitation-only showroom operated in partnership with Automobili Lamborghini. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who has substantial experience in retail, customer service, and experiential environments. The candidate will be entrusted with maintaining the exceptional standards of the Lamborghini brand within this highly curated, customer-facing setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a luxury brand’s guest experience through delivering superior, personalized customer service.
The successful candidate will be the primary custodian of the Lamborghini brand experience in New York City, responsible for driving customer engagement and ensuring that every visit to the Lamborghini Lounge is memorable and reflects the brand's prestige. Key to this role is combining an entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, allowing for the delivery of elevated guest experiences and the execution of innovative marketing initiatives. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Lamborghini Lounge NYC showroom
