This part-time position, requiring up to 29 hours per week, serves as the primary on-site host during guests' overnight stays at the park's lodging facilities, such as the A-Frame, Cabin, and Cottage accommodations. The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by welcoming visitors, facilitating check-in and check-out processes, providing orientation about the park’s amenities, regulations, and wildlife, and ensuring an immersive, memorable experience.

The role goes beyond simple guest relations, calling for a thoughtful blend of hospitality skills, safety oversight, and operational support. The Concierge must work independently and confidently, particularly during overnight hours in a remote, outdoor environment, where monitoring guest safety and facility security is critical.
