We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be a vital contributor to the kitchen brigade, responsible for managing specific areas in the kitchen to ensure the smooth operation of food preparation and service. This role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and capable of working well under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. The successful candidate will support the entire kitchen by handling various cooking tasks and coordinating with other cooks to maintain order and sanitation throughout the work shift. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
