The role available at Flanigan's is focused on food and beverage service where the successful candidate will be entrusted with multiple responsibilities that ensure guests receive exceptional care from arrival to departure. This position requires a friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for serving others, coupled with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as standing or walking throughout the shift and lifting plates and trays of up to 50 pounds. The individual will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of the menu, current promotions, and food safety policies to confidently address guests' questions and deliver orders promptly and accurately using the POS system. In addition, this role involves supporting fellow employees by maintaining table appearances, managing food and drink running duties, and performing opening, closing, and sidework tasks as assigned. Employees will also interact with guests directly at curbside pickup, ensuring a seamless takeout experience. This full-time role requires flexibility in working hours and dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable dining environment. Job Duties

  • Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
  • support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and running food/drink as needed
  • be knowledgeable of food and beverage menus, promotions, and specials
  • answer guests' questions clearly and verbally
  • accurately enter orders into the POS system
  • retrieve and deliver food or drink orders to guests promptly
  • collect and process guests' payments accurately via POS
  • perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
  • pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
  • greet guests at curbside pickup area
