Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 2 plus year of alcohol service experience in a bar setting
- completion of the Responsible Vendor training course and Certification Exam is mandatory with a passing score
- must be at least 19 years of age
- working knowledge of state local liquor laws
- excellent guest service skills
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- bilingual Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- understand and adhere to all company policies procedures and state federal liquor laws regulations and ensure all bar staff do the same
- understand all items sold at the bar with the ability to answer questions make recommendations and upsell
- monitor excessive alcohol consumption of guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- prepare and serve drinks to guests
- ensure guest safety and compliance with liquor laws
- assist in maintenance and inventory management
